Cinematic Pop is the brainchild of Rob Gardner, Drex Davis and McKane Davis. The process starts with finding great and/or iconic pop/rock songs from the last 60 years or so and then removing all of the electric guitars, amps, and drums. Then the song is rebuilt with a new framework based on full-orchestra, choir and soloists while preserving the soul of the original song. When you hear a Cinematic Pop version of a song, the goal is to recall and connect with the original, but also feel like you're hearing with fresh ears for the first time.
